	⁽¹⁾	Includes a single PDF market report updated once per month. Multiple reports (separate PDF's) are available at an additional cost of $5 ea./month. What does this mean? What do we mean by 'multiple reports'? For example, let's assume that you would like us to report on 3 zip codes and you want a separate PDF market report created for each one. This means that you will be billed for the first market report ($29.95) + 2 additional market reports (2 x $5 ea.) = $39.95/month. Please be aware that we charge by the number of reports being produced, NOT by the number of zip codes (or cities) that you choose. Therefore, using the previous example, you may want to combine all 3 zip codes into a single market report (which will average the statistical results) instead of splitting them up into separate reports. In this case, you will only be billed for a single market report.

	⁽³⁾	There is a $50 change order fee associated with adding new reports after the initial setup, or modifying the search criteria within existing reports. It is a flat fee which covers all changes requested and unlimited reports being added.
